Dar nu foarte mul&#x21B;i &#x219;tiu c&#x103; legumele au un con&#x21B;inut mult mai bogat de vitamine. Spanacul este un aliment minune din aceast&#x103; perspectiv&#x103; av&#xE2;nd un con&#x21B;inut extraordinar: 20% din DZR de Vitamina A, K &#x219;i magneziu 15% din DZR de Vitaminele grupei B 21% din DZR de fier la 100 gr de produs 34 % din DZR de Vitamina C Dificultate Timp de preg&#x103;tire Timp de fierbere Foarte u&#x219;or 20 min 25 min Pentru supa-crem&#x103; de spanac avem nevoie de urm&#x103;toarele ingrediente: Spanac 100 gr Cartofi 480 gr Morcovi 135 gr Praz 70 gr Ardei gras 70 gr Fri&#x219;c&#x103; 100 gr Parmezan 30 gr Mod de preparare: Se pun &#xEE;ntr-un castron la fiert cartofii, morcovii &#x219;i prazul. O por&#x21B;ie din aceast&#x103; sup&#x103; delicioas&#x103; con&#x21B;ine doar 280 kcal, 40 gr de carbohidra&#x21B;i, 10 gr de protein&#x103; &#x219;i 4 gr de gr&#x103;simi!
